The Integral Retreat was designed for individuals, groups and organizations who are interested in team-building activities or individuals who want to increase their toolbox and awareness skill-set. It is also designed for staff members of any public or private organizations active in the field of education and training. Its Appreciative Leadership with integral components, provided by experienced partner for European ‘sending’ partners involved in education is exactly what we are looking for and it is an excellent ‘fit’ with the proposed mobility. Integral Retreat offers an opportunity to our active members to acquire a rich experience, improve their leadership skills and connect with like-minded partners across the EU. Furthermore, the workshop offers the following advantages:
– Better understanding of external (i.e societal and/or market) signals and capacity to maneuver their organizations or social initiative successfully through turbulent environments.
– Capacity to design and lead a successful change management or strategic development projects.
– Capacity to design and lead any project based on participatory methods and thus employing the power of their team’s collective intelligence, appreciative tapping of strengths, ideas, aspirations and co-evolved imagination. Also offers Art of hosting, Systemic constellations and representations in organizational and personal context.
Our institute promotes Cosmopolitan Communication by developing Global Integral Competence and practicing Transparent Communication and Global Social Witnessing. Those key concepts are still “under constuction” and we are still willing to learn new tools, approaches and methods to move further with our research. To promote cosmopolitan communication as simply another form of intercultural competence is not sufficient because this concept traditionally considers just a small, predominantly cognitive subset of the whole spectrum of human life, social development, and international exchange.
