Train The Trainer
Train the Trainer with Dr. Anna Storck
The Train the Trainer (TTT™) Program integrates the best components of both conventional and alternative approaches to education into a fuller, wider, deeper, more transformative educational space, honouring each and yet transcending the limits of both. This allows individuals to continually transform themselves, create multidimensional curriculums, serve their students and participate compassionately with others, supporting the health and dynamism of global systems.
Integral Approach
The Train-the-Trainer TTT™ is based on the AQAL model. This model incorporates four major dimensions of human activity: effectiveness, efficiency, people wellbeing and culture combined with the levels of human and organisational development. It not only provides an Integral Map that enables you to gain a more comprehensive understanding of any issue, but using an Integral Approach can help you to facilitate greater self awareness. We will be working together on your Intercultural Competence – Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes, so you will be ready to teach others. Nevertheless our training approach includes additionally: Purpose, Assessment, Planning, Preparation, Presentation, Facilitation, Performance and Evaluation, which will give a practical overview of the entire training function. You will be introduced to new approach and effective methodology for delivering powerful training and gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned trainers.
The Train-The-Trainer Program is based on holistic and integrated approach which values education for human development, and recognizes the connectedness of mind, body and spirit. It means that we pay attention to the physical, personal, social, emotional and spiritual development of the trainer as well as of cognitive aspects of learning.
In our integral education method, students do not learn separate topics in a “linear” fashion. Rather, each topic is presented from the “circular” perspective, illustrating its connection to all the other topics. Integral Education means for us to integrate the best of conventional and alternative approaches to education into a fuller, wider, deeper, more transformative educational space. This space has at least four irreducible, equally important included in multiple ways dimensions: subjective experience, objective behaviour, intersubjective culture, and inter-objective systems. This allows us to continually transform ourselves, serve the participants of our trainings, create multidimensional curriculum, and participate compassionately with others supporting the health and dynamism of global systems.
With this in mind, the Integral Approach to our Train the Trainer courses requires from our trainers a certain developmental level of consciousness or capacity in several interrelated areas (including cognitive, relational, and ego). In return it helps you to deepen your own journey of self-discovery and unfolding and create your uniquely comprehensive and dynamic trainer approach by expanding your teaching repertoire and learning practices to serve participants of your courses in the best possible way.

Train the Trainer Model
The growth increases through integration and balance, so we look for certain balance between the development and integrity and promote a conscious, harmonious and steadily developing in the space of ME-WE-SYSTEM. This educational space has at least four irreducible, equally important included in multiple ways dimensions: subjective experience, objective behaviour intersubjective culture, and inter-objective systems. Each of these four dimensions has depth and complexity that develops over time. This involves understanding the complex relationship between the capacity to take multiple perspectives, to interact in meaningful ways with others, and to engage in world-centric ethical action.
